PUEBLO, Colo. (November 15, 2019) – Colorado State University-Pueblo Women's Basketball will travel to Denver to face Regis University in a non-conference game between Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference teams Saturday at 3 p.m.

Starting 5 – The Top 5 CSU-Pueblo storylines
1. The Pack started the season 0-2 at the 36th annual Al Kaly Shrine Classic. They lost to No. 2 Lubbock Christian University Friday. They also fell to Texas A&M University Commerce, a NCAA South Central Regional qualifier from last season, Saturday.

Sydni Williams (So., Little Rock, Ark.) earned a spot on the Al Kaly Shrine Classic All-Tournament team. Williams averaged a team-best 13.0 points per game. She also pulled down 9.0 rebounds per game and 1.0 blocks per game. Williams currently ranks third in the RMAC in rebounds per game.

JaNaiya Davis (So., Hewitt, Texas) ranks fifth in the RMAC with 4.0 assists per set. Davis stands sixth in the RMAC with 36.5 minutes per game. She played all 40 minutes in the Pack's season opener.
4. The Pack is looking for the first win of the
Tommie Johnson era. Johnson comes to the Pack from the University of Denver where he worked under former Pack Head Coach
Jim Turgeon. In two seasons with the Pioneers, Johnson led the Pioneers to a 34-28 record for a team that went 6-24 in the season before he arrived. Johnson also served as the Pack Men's Basketball Assistant Coach for eight seasons.
5. Williams ranks fifth in the RMAC with a 53.8 percent field goal percentage. She also leads the RMAC with 8.5 free throws attempted per game. She has made 70.6 percent from the line this season.

2019-20 Record: 1-1
2018-19 Record: 17-12 (12-10 RMAC, 6th)
Series History: Regis leads the all-time series 37-23. The Pack beat the Rangers 85-75 last season.
Khiya Adams (Sr., Falcon, Colo.) had 21 points and 12 rebounds in the game. The ThunderWolves have won each of the last three meetings between the two teams.
Player to Watch: Whitney Jacob. Jacob averaged 17.0 points per game and 8.5 rebounds per game in her first weekend of the season. She made 51.9 percent from the field.
