Dig Pink match highlights home weekend for Pack VB

PUEBLO, Colo. (October 24, 2019) – Colorado State University-Pueblo Volleyball continues its three-match homestand Friday when they face Metro State University Denver and Saturday when they clash with Chadron State College. Both matches start at 7 p.m. at Massari Arena.

Friday's match will be a black out at Massari Arena. Fans are encouraged to wear black to this match against the Roadrunners

Saturday night serves as the Pack's annual Dig Pink fundraiser. Fans are encouraged to wear pink. There will be a silent auction with numerous prizes including the Dig Pink jerseys the Pack will be wearing. All of the proceeds from this auction will be donated to the Colorado chapter of the Susan G. Komen Foundation.

Last Time Out:
The Pack beat Northwestern Oklahoma State University Tuesday in a five-set non-conference match at Massari Arena. With this victory the Pack mover to 9-11, matching their win total from the last two seasons combined.

Sarah Vang (Sr., Parker, Colo.) led the Pack with 15 kills. Kelsey Bell, Grace Hern, and Brooke Schilling all had double-doubles.

At 6-5 in Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference play, the Pack shares seventh place in the RMAC standings. The Pack's match Saturday against the Eagles looms large as The ThunderWolves trail Chadron State by a half-game in the RMAC standings.
