PUEBLO, Colo. (January 17, 2019) – Colorado State University-Pueblo Women's Basketball will begin another four-game road trip when the ThunderWolves visit Metro State University Denver Friday and Chadron State College Saturday. Both games start at 5:30 p.m.

The "Starting Five" - CSU-Pueblo's Top Storylines
- The Pack fell to Western Colorado University 71-62 and Colorado Mesa University 67-58 last weekend. For the Pack it was their first home Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference regular season loss since Feb. 20, 2016. They have lost back-to-back home games for the first time since 2013. The Pack will look to avoid its first three-game losing streak since 2005-06.
- CSU-Pueblo leads the RMAC with 4.3 blocks per game. The ThunderWolves matched their season-high with seven blocks against the Mountaineers last Friday.
Sydni Williams (So., Little Rock, Ark.) leads the Pack with 1.0 blocks per game, seventh-most in the RMAC.

Jennah Knafelc (Sr., Highlands Ranch, Colo.) makes 39.6 percent from downtown, the second-best 3-point percentage in the RMAC. Her 2.7 3-pointer per game ranks second in the RMAC. Knafelc ranks fifth in the RMAC with 1.9 steals per game and 3.6 steals. She is the Pack's leading scorer, averaging 14.3 points per game.

Khiya Adams (Jr., Falcon, Colo.) ranks second in the RMAC in field goal percentage. Adams makes 54.4 percent from the field. Adams ranks 34th in D-II in field goal percentage. Her 13.2 points per game ranks second on the Pack.

JaNaiya Davis (Fr., Hewitt, Texas) averages 3.7 assists per game. She ranks sixth in the RMAC in assists per game. Davis averages 1.9 steals per game, good for seventh in the RMAC. Her 1.2 assist/turnover ratio ranks seventh. Knafelc ranks fifth with a 1.4 assist/turnover ratio.
Scouting MSU Denver:
- The Roadrunners are 5-10 overall. They are 4-5 in RMAC play. MSU Denver lost to both Dixie State University (62-55) and Westminster College (73-71) last weekend.
- The Pack trails MSU Denver 31-22 in the all-time series. The Roadrunners beat the Pack twice last season including a 78-70 win in last year's NCAA Tournament.
- Jaelynn Smith leads the RMAC with 5.4 assists per game. She averages a team-high 16.7 points per game, third-most in the RMAC.
Scouting Chadron State:
- The Eagles bring a 3-12 record into the weekend. They are 2-7 in RMAC play. CSU-Pueblo leads the all-time series with Eagles 22-5. The Pack has won the last 21 meetings between the two schools. The Eagles have not beaten CSU-Pueblo since Jan. 5, 2002. They beat the Eagles 76-57 last year.
- Chadron State has struggled defensively. They surrender 71.8 points per game, the most allowed by any RMAC team. The Eagles also have the RMAC's worst turnover margin at -8.7.
- Taryn Foxen leads the Eagles with 12.8 points per game. Foxen is also the Eagles leader in steals per game (1.9 spg).
