PUEBLO, Colo. (GoThunderWolves.com - Feb. 14, 2012) - CSU-Pueblo received 13 votes in the latest USA Today/ESPN Division II women's basketball poll, the WBCA announced Tuesday.

It marked the third straight week in which CSU-Pueblo received votes in the national poll, and tied a school record for most votes received in the poll.  It is tied with the 13-vote total from Nov. 24, 2010.

It joins two other schools in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference, Metro State (7th) and Fort Lewis (14th), also appearing in the poll.

The WBCA national poll has voting coaches rank teams from 1 to 25, with total points based on 25 points for first place through one point for 25th.

CSU-Pueblo's standing in the national poll marks the eighth time in program history that the ThunderWolves have appeared in the poll as "receiving votes."  CSU-Pueblo has never been ranked in the USA Today/ESPN Division II Top 25.
