ThunderWolves fall in straight sets to Lopers.

KEARNEY, Neb. (GoThunderWolves.com - Sept. 17, 2010) - Seeking their first win over the Lopers since 1997, CSU-Pueblo couldn't create any magic Friday night, lasting just an hour in a three-set loss to Nebraska-Kearney.

The Pack was on the short end, losing 25-10, 25-11 and 25-11.

The ThunderWolves were the victim of nine Kearney blocks and hit in the negatives (-.032) against the Lopers, which were lights out on the attack, hitting .462.

Errors doomed the Pack, who committed more attack errors than kills (26 to 23) and only turned in one ace on the night.

CSU-Pueblo will look to put the match behind them and end a tough three-game road swing in Chadron, Neb. Saturday, where the Pack will try to knock off the Lady Eagles on the road.
