JaNaiya Davis (Jr., Hewitt, Tex.) eclipsed 1,000 points on her career this weekend and put her team on her back in the scoring column to lead with 23 points against New Mexico Highlands.

Davis tacked on a handful of assists on the weekend and put games away by shooting a perfect 10-for-10 from the charity stripe.

On top of her offensive dominance, Davis logged seven steals across two games which included four against UCCS. The point guard added one block and seven defensive rebounds to her impressive weekend line.

Davis' 1000th point puts her 16th in school history on the all-time scoring list while she is third in all-time assists and sixth in all-time steals.

The Pack women's basketball team host Adams State University Tuesday before hitting the road for an exhibition game Sunday at Colorado State University in Fort Collns.
