Thomas Webb Jr. joined the CSU Pueblo coaching staff in the spring of 2025 and is in his first season coaching the cornerbacks.
A former All-Conference safety, Webb brings high energy, strong football intellect, and a player-centered approach to the ThunderWolves’ defensive staff.
Webb played collegiately at Western New Mexico, the University of Central Oklahoma, and CSU Pueblo, compiling over 150 tackles during his career. He played under Philip Vigil, both at CSU Pueblo and during the pivotal 2022 turnaround season at Western New Mexico, which gave him a deep understanding of the program’s culture and expectations.
In addition to his coaching responsibilities, Webb facilitates the Built 4 Life program, which equips student-athletes with tools for growth in purpose, leadership, identity, and real-world readiness.
Faith is a cornerstone of Webb’s life and leadership. He believes in coaching the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and strives to be a positive influence in the lives of his players both on and off the field.
Webb holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Teaching and Learning from Western New Mexico University and a Master of Education in Leadership from CSU Pueblo. His foundation in education and leadership directly informs his coaching philosophy, which centers on developing the whole person—athletically, academically, and spiritually.
An intelligent and driven young coach, Webb is committed to developing men of character and building a legacy rooted in service, discipline, and faith.
