Ryan Hodgson enters his first season as the Assistant Coach for the men's soccer program.

Born in England, United Kingdom, Ryan has a strong history of playing and coaching soccer. As a schoolboy he played for Middlesbrough schoolboys along side current Premier League and international players. In 1998, Hodgson came to the United State with Challenger British Soccer conducting camps nationwide.

In 2000, he attended Harris Stowe State College, St Louis, Missouri on a soccer scholarship and went on to reach the final four in the NAIA National Championships. After a successful year, Ryan transferred to the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay a NCAA 1 soccer program.

In 2004, Ryan starred in a movie, the "Miracle Match" based on the 1950 world cup game between the United States and England. Coach Hodgson is currently the Director of Coaching for Pride Soccer Club located in Colorado Springs, CO.

Most recently Hodgson has held the Director of Coaching and Player Development position for the Pride Soccer Club based in Colorado Springs.

He was responsible for the development of 5,000+ competitive and recreational soccer players ranging from 3-19 years old.

Hodgson served as supervisor of employees and various independent contractors.

Ryan has coached at various levels including a three-year stint at Anoka Ramsey Community College where he was responsible for assisting the head coaches for both the men's and women's program.

The men's team earned a national ranking of 5th, highest ranking in school history.

Ryan is married to Erica residing in Colorado Springs, CO and they have 2 beautiful children, Avery Paige and Cayden Jackson.
