Dan Ochs will be entering his 10th season as thePack's pitching coach.

Ochs' hurlers have played a large part in the Pack's excellence onthe diamond. 2006's club produced one All-American chucker andtwo All-RMAC nominees. In 2002 his staff led the RMAC in ERA(4.72). In 2001, the staff set six individual and USC teamrecords.

The Aurora, Ind. native also aided the development of formerThunderwolf pitchers Brad Glassco (Padres) and Judd Songster(Rockies), who have recently played pro ball.

He has served on the baseball coaching staffs at Indiana-PurdueUniversity at Ft. Wayne (1998-'99), the University of Kentucky(1996-'97) and Lincoln Trail Junior College (1994-'95).

Before getting into coaching, Ochs played at Indiana-Purdue andLincoln Trail Junior College.

Dan and his wife, Annie, a Pueblo native and graduateof South High School, married in 2006.  They are the parentsof one daughter, Brooke.
