JaCobi Jones is in his first season as a student assistant coach after an extremely successful career at CSU-Pueblo.
Jones was a three-time All-American, four-time RMAC Champion and four-time All-RMAC First Team. He also was the 2016 USA Wrestling UWW Junior Greco-Roman National Champion at 79 KG (174 pounds). Jones was named the RMAC Freshman of the Year in 2015.
At the NCAA Division II Championships, Jones was sixth at 165 as a freshman, 8th at 157 as a sophomore and eighth at 165 as a junior.
He finished his career with an 84-36 record and posted a career-high 24 wins as a sophomore.
