High School: Was named All-Region Athlete of the Year, 3 times All League, and part of the Evergreeen High School Askeo International Mat Club... Recieved a national scholar/athlete award... Mantained a 3.4 grade-point-average... Coached by Mark Castle, Corey Vombar, and Damon McPheson.

Personal: Parents are John and Stacy Thomas... Has one younger brother named Damon.  Enjoys swimming and hanging out with friends... His birthday is 11/23/94.
