Colorado State University Pueblo

Sonata Dalimot comes to Colorado State University, Pueblo, with ten years of experience coaching aquatics.  Dalimot managed the Women’s and Men’s Water Polo Teams at California Baptist University after competing at the collegiate level in both dive and swim.   She has coached age group swim teams and age group water polo and has coached at the high school level at both Notre Dame High School and Redlands Christian High School.   Sonata has also been the assistant swim coach at Adams State.  In addition to her coaching experience, Sonata has been a NFHS referee.

Dalimot has a Bachelor’s of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and another Bachelor’s in Mathematics.  She is currently obtaining a Mater’s in Biochemistry and finishing up a Master’s in Education.  Dalimot moved from California to Colorado with her brother, who also attends CSU, Pueblo.  Dalimot has earned numerous awards in both academics and athletics. She is looking forward to a successful career as the  Thunderwolves’s Head Dive Coach and Assistant Swim Coach.
