Colorado State University Pueblo first year head women’s soccer coach John Constable has announced the hiring of Chase Vosvick as the program’s new assistant coach.
“We are excited to welcome Chase here as our next Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach. Chase has a very good soccer background having played at the professional and Division I level as a goalkeeper,” Constable said. “In addition to this, his experience as a director of goalkeeping and his coaching of teams at the youth level will be a benefit as he embarks on the next stage of his coaching journey. He connected well with everyone he met while on our campus and I feel his drive, work ethic, knowledge and personality will play an important role as we go out to move our program forward every year. I would like to thank our search committee of Jenna McKinley-Fall, John Wristen and Andres Madrid for their help and support throughout this process and Dr. (Paul) Plinske for making this hire possible. We have moved fast to get the right hire here and I really appreciate that. Our student-athletes got the chance to meet each of our finalists too and the feedback they give is always valued and appreciated. We’re excited to have Chase with us soon.”
Vosvick arrives to CSU Pueblo with experience playing professional and NCAA Division I soccer and coaching at the youth level, including serving as the head coach of the Richmond Strikers for the past 16 months.
