Biography

2016 (R-Fr.): Played in all 11 and started two games at corner ... Compiled 20 tackles (nine solo) with two tackles for loss (-4 yards) ... Pulled down his first career interception against Dixie State (Nov. 5) ... Recovered a fumble against Chadron State (Nov. 12) ... Totaled a season six tackles (all solo) in a start at Adams State (Oct. 8) ... Honored as NFFCC  Named all-conference with the track and field team.

2015 (RS): Redshirted.

Fountain-Fort Carson High School: Named all-conference in the Continental South Conference in his sophomore, junior, and senior seasons … had 13 career interceptions, including three his senior season to go along with seven pass deflections … accounted for 151 tackles (78 solo) in his time with the Trojans … used sparingly in the Trojans’ offense, but still notched three touchdowns … competed in track and field from 2012-2014 … made the honor roll all four years in high school and was named to the academic all-state team in 2014 … coached by Mitch Johnson.

Personal: Son of Terry and Erica Donnell… father Terry played football at the University of West Virginia … Has three siblings, Terry, Eric and Tierra … birthday is Nov. 7.
