2016 (Fr.): Played in seven games as a reserve defensive back and on special teams as a true freshman ... Totaled five tackles (two solo) with one pass break-up.

Valley Vista High School: Recorded two interceptions for 60 return yards, 29 tackles (21 solo) and four pass deflections with one fumble recovery ... Named second team all league as a defensive back. 

Personal: Son of Christopher (Tara) Sears and Barbara Caiquo ... Intends to major in computer science at CSU-Pueblo.
