Andrea Ramirez enters her third season as the assistant softball coach with the ThunderWolves.

A 2010 graduate of Brigham Young University, Ramirez played four seasons with the Cougars alongside Pack Head Coach Christie Koschke.

In 2010 the new Pack coaching duo led BYU to its first Super Regional appearance and ranked 16th in the nation.

Ramirez is a four-time First Team All Mountain West Conference selection, she hit 35 career home runs and 51 doubles. She hit .360 or higher during her junior and senior seasons.

A native of Simi Valley, Calif., Ramirez graduated from Royal High School where she led the Highlanders to the CIF Championship.

Most recently she worked as the assistant coach at Royal High School. She was responsible for leading team practices, hitting and fielding drills.

Ramirez arrived in Pueblo and began her duties in June.
