  • Led the Distance Medley Relay (DMR) to victory at the GVSU Big Meet with a time of 11:17.59 TFRRS.

  • Posted a 3000 m time of 9:39.53, finishing 7th at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb 14, 2025) TFRRSTFRRS.

  • At the RMAC Indoor Championships, ran the 3000 m in 10:52.02 (16th) TFRRSTFRRS.

2024–25 Outdoor Season

  • Secured 1st place in the 3000 m steeplechase at the CSU Pueblo Last Chance Qualifier with a time of 10:47.48 TFRRS.

  • Earned 6th place in the steeplechase at the 2025 RMAC Outdoor Championships, clocking 11:01.56 TFRRS.

  • At the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships, placed 13th with a time of 11:01.51 in the steeplechase TFRRS.

  • In the 1500 m at the 2025 Bryan Clay Invitational, she recorded a strong 4:28.63 (placing 27th overall) TFRRS.


Cross Country Accomplishments

  • Placed 36th in the 5K at the Chile Pepper XC Festival with a time of 17:29.6 TFRRS.

  • Finished 41st at the 2024 NCAA Division II South Central Region XC Championships (6K, 23:24.1) TFRRS.

  • Competed at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships, finishing 46th in the 6K with a time of 21:35.4 TFRRS.


Academic & Team Recognition

  • Named to the USTFCCCA DII All-Academic Team, representing CSU Pueblo among top female scholar-athletes in the RMAC.
