Anthony Ferrie joins the Pack Men's Lacrosse Coaching staff after a successful playing career with the Pack. Ferrie will serve as Graduate Assistant Coach during the 2020 season.
During his playing career with the Pack, Ferrie earned All-RMAC honors at both Defense and Attack. He earned First Team All-RMAC honors as a senior. The Arapahoe High School product was voted Honorable Mention All-RMAC at Defense in 2017 and at Attack in 2018.
Ferrie graduated with a school-record 47 caused turnovers. His 131 ground balls stand second all-time at CSU-Pueblo. He also ranks third all-time in program with 111 points, 65 goals and 46 assists.
On April 6, 2019, Ferrie set a program record with 11 points in a single game behind five goals and six assists. Ferrie totaled 61 points as a senior, the second-highest total by a ThunderWolf in a single season.
Defensively, Ferrie holds the program record for caused turnovers in a game with six set on April 29, 2017 against Adams State. His 22 caused turnovers in 2017, rank second all-time at CSU-Pueblo.
Ferrie was selected RMAC Player of the Week three times in his career. Two of his RMAC Player of the Weeks came on the Defensive end in 2017.
An Engineering student, Ferrie excelled in the classroom. Ferrie earned First Team Academic All-RMAC three times. He also CoSIDA Academic All--District honors as a senior. In 2019, Ferrie received Scholar All-American honors from the USILA.
