2024–25 Season Performance Highlights

Indoor Season

  • Kicked off with a 60 m time of 7.72 s at the Colorado Classic, placing 3rd in the final TFRRS.

  • At the RMAC Indoor Championships, she ran 7.73 s (11th in prelims) and 25.34 s in the 200 m final (7th place) TFRRS.

Outdoor Season

  • At the Maverick Invitational (Apr 3–4, 2025), Janise placed 5th in the 100 m (12.14 s) and 3rd in the 200 m (24.79 s) TFRRS.

  • At the Last Chance Qualifier (May 3, 2025), she secured 2nd place in the 200 m with a time of 25.08 s (wind –3.3 m/s) TFRRS+1.

  • She earned 2nd place in the 400 m final at the 2025 RMAC Outdoor Championships, clocking 55.44 s, after qualifying 3rd with 56.70 s TFRRS+1.

  • As part of CSU Pueblo’s 4×400 m relay team, she helped the squad to a 3rd-place finish (3:46.76) at the same RMAC championships TFRRS+1.

Season Context

  • Heading into the RMAC Outdoor meet, she was regarded as a “heavy favorite” in the sprinting events, with a seed time of 56.73 s in the 400 m
