Thank you for your interest in participating in intercollegiate athletics at Colorado State University Pueblo.
There are two steps involved in making contact with a coach. The first is to fill out a PROSPECTIVE STUDENT ATHLETE QUESTIONNAIRE for your chosen sport. This is the best way to, simply put, let the coach know you exist. The form, similar to filling out a job application, allows you to enter your specific qualifications and accomplishments in an easy-to-follow format.
Once you fill out your questionnaire, it is advantageous for you to contact the coach via phone. You can be a great player on the field, but each coach is looking for a certain character out of their student-athletes, and a phone conversation is the best way for a coach to find out that you are not only a good player, but a good person as well.
