2014 Outdoor (Freshman): Turned in a wind-aided career-best of 5.32 meters (17''5 1/2") to finish 11th in the long jump at the RMAC Championships... Had a legal best of 5.12 meters (16'' 9 3/4") at the Bryan Clay Invitational... Also ran the 100 and 200-meter dashes throughout the season, posting legal bests of 12.83 and 27.18 seconds... Did have a wind-aided 200-meter mark of 26.50... Regular member of the Pack''s 4X100-meter relay team, that took fifth at the RMAC Championships to earn four team points.

2013-14 Indoor (Freshman): Took 15th in the long jump at the RMAC Championships after recording a season-best of 5.19 meters (17'' 0 1/2") in that discipline at the Air Force Holiday Open, good for one of her two individual third place finishes throughout the season... Also regularly ran the 60 and 200-meter dashes posting best times of 8.21 and 27.03 seconds... Also ran on the Pack''s 4X400-relay team''s twice and on the mile relay at the Air Force Holiday Open.

Prep: Was the captain for the Judith Billizone coached Pueblo East HS Eagles for four years... Finished seventh at the 2013 CHSAA State Championships... Had marks of 13.1 (100m), 26.90 (200m) and 17''1" (long jump)... Member of the Eagles'' 2012 and 2013 4A State Championship softball squad.

Academics: Is majoring in general exercise science... Graduated from Pueblo East HS in 2013 with a 4.25 GPA... Was a National Honor Socieity member, IB Diploma Candidate and Gold Cord recipient.

Personal: Born 8/29/94... Daughter of Randell and Justine Ramos... Has an older sister (Ashley Bernal) and two younger siblings (Chase & Chelsea Ramos)... Enjoys spending time with teammates and her family, reading and watching movies.
