PUEBLO, Colo. (September 10, 2026) – The Colorado State University Pueblo women's soccer team will hit the road again this season and head to Kansas for a pair of nonconference matches. Friday, the ThunderWolves will take on Emporia State followed by a match-up Sunday at Newman.
CSU Pueblo (1-2-1) scored its first win of the season in the home opener last Thursday, a 3-0 win over Eastern New Mexico. The weekend wrapped with a 1-0 loss versus Lubbock Christian. Against ENMU, freshman Baylie Reedy (Wichita, Kan.) found the back of the net twice combined with a late-game goal scored by Sara Zehnder (So., Sumner, Wash.) to lift the ThunderWolves to victory.
Pack goalkeeper Peppi Niemi (Fr., Helsinki, Finland) made 11 saves against twenty shots over the two matches.
