ALAMOSA, Colo. (March 12, 2026) – The Colorado State University Pueblo softball team will continue Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) play on the road this week and play a four-game series at Adams State University and begin Saturday at Noon in ASU Softball Field.
The Pack (13-9, 9-3 RMAC) return to the diamond after sweeping their first series of the season at Regis.
In th series, McKenna James was lights out in the circle and was named RMAC Pitcher of the Week for a second time this season after she earned two wins and fanned ten batters while earning a 0.54 ERA. The ThunderWolves offense again was spectacular and slugged 53 hits and scored 34 runs. As a team, the Pack registered a .449 batting average and hit 12 doubles, three triples and three home runs.
Madelyn Huerta (Sr., Azusa, Calif.) and Caitlyn Cole (Sr., Merced, Calif.) each collected eight hits with Cole earning four extra-base hits including her third home run of the year.
Jaylah Rivera (Fr., Colorado Springs, Colo.) and Eva Miller-Sanchez (Fr., Denver, Colo.) each picked up a win in the circle for the Pack.
SETTING THE STAGE
Last season, CSU Pueblo took three-of-four games at home against the Grizzlies.

Last time on the field: Adams State lost all four games on the road at MSU Denver. The Grizzlies are led offensively by Denae Ojeda with a .353 average. In the circle the Grizzlies are guided by Aubree Davis (2-2, 7.28 ERA).
