Pack Women's Soccer Holds Alumni Game ahead of Season Opener

9/3/2025 4:24:00 PM

PUEBLO, Colo. - The Colorado State University Pueblo women's soccer team welcomed back over 20 former Pack student-athletes from multiple graduating classes for its annual alumni game. The event gave alumni the opportunity to reconnect with one another, engage with current ThunderWolves players, and celebrate the tradition of CSU Pueblo women's soccer.

Head Coach John Constable had high praise on the special day, saying, "It was awesome to have so many of our alumni back on campus. They traveled from near and far and we really appreciated them being here. Since the moment I got the job here it has been a priority to get our alumni more connected with our program.

Constable added, "We have tried to engage with them as much as possible and getting this event back up and running is another example of that. Our alum played awesome on the day. They certainly hadn't lost their touch. On the whole it was fantastic to have them here for the game and it was great to see them enjoying the evening social too. We are already excited to have them back next year and look forward to seeing the event grow further with even more alumni participation in the future."

The Pack are in Texas to begin the 2025 campaign and face University of Texas Permian Basin on Thursday at 6 p.m. in the season opener in Odessa, Tex. The team will close the weekend on Saturday with a morning match-up at Sul Ross State in
