PUEBLO, Colo. - Colorado State University Pueblo Athletics proudly celebrates Jenna McKinley-Fall, Associate Athletics Director for Compliance and Student-Athlete Development, who was awarded the 2025 Stealth Employee Award. McKinley-Fall, who also serves as the Senior Woman's Advisor for the Athletic Department, was nominated for this honor by Dr. Paul Plinske, CSU Pueblo's Director of Athletics and Vice President for Athletics and Strategic Partnerships.
This recognition highlights McKinley-Fall's unwavering commitment to excellence, professionalism, and integrity. Her work has left a lasting impact not only on the Athletics Department but also across the broader CSU Pueblo community. Dr. Plinske praised her for the meaningful contributions she makes daily, her strong example of leadership, and her role in helping drive the success of the university.
McKinley-Fall has steadily advanced in her administrative leadership within Pack Athletics, playing a vital role in ensuring compliance while also guiding more than 550 ThunderWolf student-athletes through the challenges of higher education. Her dedication to student-athlete success and her advocacy for their development have made her an invaluable leader on campus.
Most recently, she served as event manager for the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field Championships, demonstrating her ability to lead on a national stage while representing CSU Pueblo with distinction.
A proud CSU Pueblo alumna and former student-athlete herself, McKinley-Fall brings her passion and ThunderWolf pride into her work every day. Though often working behind the scenes, her influence is felt across the university, making a profound difference in the lives of countless student-athletes, colleagues, and the campus community.
