Dr. Paul Plinske is proud to welcome
Adam Duncan as its new Facility and Event Manager
, bringing with him a distinguished background as both a collegiate student-athlete and an athletics operations professional.
"We are excited to welcome Adam to the Pack family as our Facility and Event Manager. He brings a great passion for enhancing the student-athlete experience while ensuring that our facilities and events are managed at a high level. Adam's background is very strong and his energy will help bolster our athletic department. He will be a significant contributor to our administrative team as we serve our student-athletes, coaches and community", said Plinske.
Duncan joins the ThunderWolves from Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi, where he earned both his Master of Business Administration (December 2024) and Bachelor of Science in Sports Management (August 2023). A former NCAA football tight end, he excelled on the field for the Statesmen, and academically with a 3.6 graduate GPA and a 3.76 undergraduate GPA, graduating Magna Cum Laude. His academic honors include the Raynold Chiz Memorial Scholarship

While at Delta State, Duncan gained extensive hands-on experience in collegiate athletics operations. As a Graduate Assistant for Game Day Operations and Ticketing, he coordinated online and point-of-sale ticketing systems, managed venue setup, supervised game day volunteers, and oversaw team merchandise inventory. He also played a key role in booster club outreach, sponsorship activation, and cross-departmental support for compliance and sports information.
In addition to his student/athlete duties and working in athletics, Duncan served in leadership roles with the Kappa Alpha Order fraternity, including Parliamentarian Officer and Community Service Chair
, where he directed over 200 hours of service in a single semester. His community engagement includes tornado relief efforts in Rolling Fork, Miss., volunteering with the Boys & Girls Club, literacy programs in local schools, and campus-wide service initiatives.
A native of Fort Worth, Texas, and Brewer High School, Duncan is fluent in Spanish and brings a versatile skill set that includes event planning, facility operations, volunteer coordination, and community relations. His combination of athletic experience, operational expertise, and service-oriented leadership will help elevate the game day and facility experience for CSU Pueblo student-athletes, fans, and the local community.
