HAYS, Kan. (April 1, 2025) - The Colorado State University Pueblo men's golf team delivered a strong performance at the FHSU Tiger Classic, hosted by Fort Hays State University, finishing third out of 18 teams. The ThunderWolves were led by standout performances from
Marius Dosiere (Jr., Fouras, France) and
Agustin Pizzorno (Jr., Uruguay), who both carded 6-over par total to finish inside the Top 12.
As a team, the Pack finished 27-over par and was one shot behind second place Newman. Central Oklahoma took home the team title and posted a 10-over through three rounds. The Bronchos' Jordan Wilson won the medalist and finished 7-under 203.
Thomas Craig (Sr., Falkirk, Scotland) also put together a solid tournament, finishing 15th overall at 7-over par. The team showed its scoring ability, with Dosiere and Pizzorno tallying 10 birdies over the three-round event.
Callum Kenneally (So., Duns, Scotland) placed 34th overall and finished 12-over, while
Archie Wyatt (Jr., Edinburgh, Scotland) ended in 56th place.
With another top-tier finish under their belt, CSU Pueblo continues to build momentum heading into the final tournament of the regular season ahead of the RMAC Championships. Up next, the Pack will play Apr. 7-8 at the RJGA Palm Valley Classic at the Palm Valley Golf Club in Goodyear, Arizona.
