PUEBLO, Colo. (February 21, 2025) – The Colorado State University Pueblo softball team hits the road this week and will play a four-game Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) series this week at Black Hills State starting Saturday at 3 p.m. at Yellow Jacket Field.
The teams will finish the series on Sunday with another doubleheader starting at 11 a.m.
The Pack (4-7, 3-1 RMAC) are back on the diamond after winning 3-for-4 in the RMAC opener versus Chadron State. In the series, Raelynn Rogers (Sr., Surprise, Ariz.) led with six hits and in the circle, Mia Sanchez (Fr., Los Angeles, Calif.) had a strong home debut and picked up two wins in two appearances.

Last season, CSU Pueblo lost 3-of-4 against the Yellow Jackets in series at BHSU.

Black Hills State Yellow Jackets (6-4, 4-0 RMAC))
Last time on the field: BHSU swept Adams State in four games on the road last week to begin RMAC play. For their efforts, BHSU's Laci Peskey won RMAC Pitcher of the Week and Ashlynn Pauwels took home RMAC Player of the Week honors. The Yellow Jackets are led offensively by Pauwels with a .395 average. In the circle, Peskey leads the staff with a 6-1 record and 1.86 ERA.
