PUEBLO, Colo. (February 15, 2025) – The Colorado State University Pueblo softball team will begin Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference play this week with a four game series at home against Chadron State College beginning Sunday with a twin bill starting at Noon at Rawlings Sports Complex.
The series will wrap on Monday with another doubleheader starting at 11 a.m.
The Pack (1-6) open conference play after competing at the UCI Kickoff Classic in Irvine, Calif. to start the season. The ThunderWolves finished their West Coast trip with two games against Azusa Pacific.
Through seven games, 2024 NFCA All-American, Caitlyn Cole (Jr., Merced, Calif.) leads the team with a .421 batting average and five of her eight hits on the season have gone for extra bases.
SETTING THE STAGE
Last season, CSU Pueblo took 3-of-4 against the Eagles in series played in Pueblo.

Chadron State College Eagles (3-1)
Last time on the field: Chadron State started its season at the Lubbock Sports College Invitational (Feb. 7-8) and beat RMAC-foe Adams State, Sul Ross State and Texas Permian Basin. The Eagles are led offensively by Ashland Baca with a .571 average. In the circle, Chadron State is guided by Tori Haug (2-0, 1.75 ERA).
