PUEBLO, Colo. (October 22, 2025) - Colorado State University Pueblo's
Yale Lee (So., New Malden, England) and
Nick Cenek (Gr., Peoria, Ill.) have been named Pack Student-Athletes of the Week, presented by Chick-fil-A.
In their final outing of the fall, Lee led the way for the Pack in Hawaii at the Southwest Airlines Dennis Rose Invitational, finishing runner-up individually with rounds of 71-76, and leading the No. 11 ThunderWolves to their third victory of the fall season.
On the men's side, Cenek powered then-No. 23 CSU Pueblo to a perfect 2-0 weekend, recording five goals and one assist across two matches. He notched a hat trick in the 5-0 win at No. 18 Fort Lewis and added two goals and one assists in the 4-2 victory at Adams State.
Over the weekend, Cenek totaled 11 points (5G, 1A), firing eight shots with six on target (.750 SOG%), and netted one game-winning goal. His performance helped the ThunderWolves outscore opponents 9-2.
After the weekend sweep, Pack men's soccer climbed twelve spots in the United Soccer Coaches Weekly Poll and enter the week No. 11 in the week 7 poll.
Up next, men's soccer continues RMAC play at home and welcomes (RV) MSU Denver on Thursday and will face Colorado Christian on Sunday. Both matches at Art & Lorraine Gonzales Stadium.
