PUEBLO, Colo. (May 29, 2024) - Colorado State University Pueblo's Margot Thomas-Gatel (Sr., Chapet, Ile-de-France, France) and Justin Jenks (Gr., Helena, Mont.) have been named the final Pack Student-Athletes of the Week for the 2023-24 school year, presented by Graham's Grill.

The duo along with five other members of the Pack qualified and competed last week at the 2024 NCAA Track & Field Outdoor Championships in Emporia, Kansas.

Thomas-Gatel ran a stellar time in the women's 3000m steeplechase, running a time of 10:35.28 to finish fourth in Heat One, qualifying for the finals. During Friday's final, Thomas-Gatel ran a time of 10:38.10 to finish 11th and secured All-American honors.

On the men's side, Jenks concluded his historic career with another All-American distinction. In the Shot Put, Jenks on his final throw, launched a throw of 18.49m to finish in fourth place.
