COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (April 13, 2023) - The Colorado State University Pueblo softball team's Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference series at University of Colorado Colorado Springs has been pushed back one day from its original Friday-Saturday and the four-game series will now begin Saturday at Noon with the first of two doubleheaders at Mountain Lion Field. The teams will wrap the series with another doubleheader on Sunday starting at 11 a.m.
With three weeks left in the regular season, the Pack are looking to make a final push for a postseason berth.
CSU Pueblo returns to the diamond after splitting a four-game set against Colorado Mesa last week. It is the first time since 2011 the ThunderWolves won two of four against the Mavericks.
In the CMU series,
Raelynn Rogers (So., Surprise, Ariz.) and
Caitlyn Cole (Fr., Merced, Calif.) each finished with five hits. For Rogers, her fifth hit of the weekend came in walk-off fashion in the series finale.
Jacelynn Trujillo earned two wins and made three appearances. She fanned 11 batters in 16 2/3 innings pitched.

Last season, UCCS won 3-of-4 against CSU Pueblo in a series played at Rawlings Sports Complex.
