KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Sept. 20, 2022) - The Colorado State University Pueblo men's soccer team has made its return in to the United Soccer Coaches Top 25 and enters the week at No. 15 in the latest poll released Tuesday.

The No. 15 rank is the highest since the arrival of Pack Head Coach Oliver Twelvetrees. The ThunderWolves appeared in the preseason ranks at No. 24 to start the season.

CSU Pueblo went 6-2 in nonconference play and included a pair of wins at home last week against conference-foes Colorado School of Mines and then-No. 10 Colorado Mesa.

The ThunderWolves offense has been electric in September and is guided by Gabriel Campora (Jr., Saltilla, Mexico) who enters the week tied for first in NCAA Division II in goals (8) and he sits sixth in total points (18).

Eight players have scored a goal this season.

Defensively, the Pack has recorded four clean sheets in eight matches.

CSU Pueblo will hit the road this week to begin Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference play with another matchup against Colorado Mesa on Friday at 4 p.m. and the weekend will continue Sunday at Westminster starting at 2:30 p.m.
