PUEBLO, Colo. (April 7, 2021) – As the State has moved Pueblo County from less restrictive Blue into more restrictive Yellow operations, Colorado State University Pueblo Athletics will limit spectators and have reduced capacity for home athletic events.

In Level Yellow, there will be a 175-person cap which will be restricted to CSU Pueblo faculty, staff and students. Student-athlete guests are also permitted, per NCAA rules.

NO GENERAL FANS or VISITING TEAM FANS WILL BE PERMITTED for on campus spring regular season competition in baseball, lacrosse, soccer and softball.

Pack Athletics is working closely with local public health officials and University administration to develop COVID-19 plans for the following special events:

Tundra Celebration of Life/Spring Football Game on Friday, April 16

Art Gonzales Pack the Park on Friday, April 23

RMAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships on Friday, April 30-Sunday, May 2

All spectators will be screened and must wear masks 100% of the time while on University property (required by State). Capacity limits and social distancing will be monitored closely and followed at home sporting events. Concessions will be closed, but fans will be permitted to bring their own beverages (no alcoholic beverages). Food is not permitted, including sunflower seeds, peanuts or other snack items. Rest rooms will remain open for use.

On-Site Screening: The CSU Pueblo Safety Team will conduct on-campus temperature and wellness screening starting 45 minutes prior to the beginning of an event for all non-CSU Pueblo spectators. Gates will not open to spectators until this time. CSU Pueblo students/staff will show their "Smart Back to Work" daily screening portal.

Ticket Information: CSU Pueblo student-athletes will receive four (4) complimentary tickets for guests (parents, family members, friends, etc.) via a pass list. CSU Pueblo faculty, staff and students will need to show their University-issued ID for complimentary admission.Â
