Men's soccer starts Twelvetrees-era Sunday at UCCS

PUEBLO, Colo. (March 6, 2021) - The Colorado State University Pueblo men's soccer team returns to the pitch for the first time in 16 months, when they open the 2021 spring season Sunday at UCCS, under the direction of new Head Coach Oliver Twelvetrees. Kickoff is set for 11 a.m. at Mountain Lion Stadium.

The Pack will play three nonconference matches in a week, including a home match Friday before Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference play begins, Mar. 21.

Returning to the ThunderWolves this season, 2019 RMAC Freshman of the Year Vinzent Zingel (So., Aachen, Germany) will look to guide the offense and build on his 9 goal, two assists in his first season.

Newcomers Nick Burgess (Sr., Melbourne, Fla.) and Martin Cardenas (Jr., Tucson, Ariz.) will anchor the Pack defense.

Game Information
NO fans will be allowed at Mountain Lion Stadium for the match.
