ThunderWolves host No. 2 UCCS and MSU Denver to begin RMAC play

PUEBLO, Colo. (September 18, 2019) - The Colorado State University-Pueblo women's soccer team will begin Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference play this week when they welcome No. 2 University of Colorado Colorado Springs, Friday and Metropolitan State University Denver, Sunday to Art & Lorraine Gonzales Stadium.

The Pack will face Steel & Silver rival Mountain Lions under the lights Friday at 7 PM and will take on the Roadrunners, Sunday at 1 PM.

CSU-Pueblo is back on the pitch after an 0-2 road trip at Fort Hays State and against Washburn. in action after opening the season with a 1-1 record. The Pack picked up the win Sunday, a 1-0 victory over Lubbock Christian.

In those matches, the Pack outshot their opponents and created several good looks at the net.

CSU-Pueblo goes on the road and continues conference play at Colorado Mines (Sept. 27) and at Colorado Christian (Sept. 29).
