Pack set to clash against Adams State and Colorado Mesa to open RMAC play

9/18/2019 8:09:00 PM

PUEBLO, Colo. (September 18, 2019) - Colorado State University-Pueblo men's soccer will begin Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference play at the friendly confines of Art & Lorraine Gonzales Stadium Friday at 4:30 PM when they welcome Adams State University to the pitch. Sunday, the ThunderWolves will travel and play at Colorado Mesa at 1:30 PM in Grand Junction, Colo.

Following an 0-2 road trip last week at Newman and No. 21 Rogers State, the ThunderWolves returned with many positive signs on the horizon. Thursday against Newman, the Pack battled a challenging environment and were able to overcome and send the match into overtime. In extra time, Newman scored the game winner minutes into the period.

Saturday at Rogers State, the Pack outshot the Hillcats and were unlucky in the final outcome.

Promotion
At halftime, CSU-Pueblo Athletics will honor all of the student-athletes who achieved a 3.00 or higher for the Spring 2019 semester.

In Sight for the Pack
