PUEBLO, Colo. (April. 22, 2019) - The Colorado State University-Pueblo men's tennis team takes to the court Tuesday for its final home game of the season and senior day match. The home match against Metro State University of Denver starts at 2 p.m. at Pueblo City Park and will celebrate three graduating seniors,
James Ryan (Rustington, Sussex, UK),
Ogulcan Deniz (Istanbul, Turkey) and
Dante Alcala (Pueblo, Colo.).

Last time out against the Roadrunners resulted in a 4-3 loss away in Denver. The ThunderWolves won the doubles point and No. 2 and 3 singles positions. The British duo
Richard Garcia (Fr., Surrey, UK) and
Edward Cooper (Fr., Bolton, UK) won, 6-4. The inform seniors
 Ryan and Alcala posted a 6-4 win.

Singles play come down to the wire with MSU Denver winning four out of six matches. The Pack were short one singles win to beat the Roadrunners.
Rafael Abreu (Jr., Piedade, Brazil) and Garcia (Fr., Surrey, UK) won in singles play.
So far this season the Roadrunners are sitting at an 8-8 record. They are 3-0 at home and 4-4 away. The Roadrunners are currently on a four-match win streak beating the ThunderWolves, Colorado Mesa University, Colorado College and Division I School, University Northern Colorado. The Roadrunners make the trip down to Pueblo in their last game of the 2019 season.
