PUEBLO, Colo. (March 29, 2019) - The Colorado State University-Pueblo softball team returns to the friendly confines of Rawlings Softball Complex this week and will start a eight-game homestand beginning with a four-game set versus Colorado Christian starting Saturday at 12 p.m.
The Pack is back home after dropping three-of-four at the hands of MSU Denver. Â

Hannah Anderson (Jr., Spokane, Wash.) picked up the win in game two Saturday as she threw 5.1 innings and allowed three runs and scattered nine hits in her outing. She finished with one strikeout.
At the plate for the series CSU-Pueblo recorded 27 hits.
Marissa Piatt (So., San Luis Obispo, Calif.) continues to lead the team in average (.385) and holds a 1.176 OPS.
OPPONENT CAPSULE
Colorado Christian enters the weekend sitting atop the RMAC standings with a 14-2 conference record and is 20-7 overall. Last time on the field, CCU split a nonconference doubleheader against MSU Denver in makeup games from earlier in the season. The Cougars are led by Stephanie Day who holds a .468 average. In the circle, CCU is guided by Kenzie Mattey (12-3, 1.91 ERA).
