PUEBLO, Colo. (March 15, 2019) - Colorado State University-Pueblo softball continues Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference play on the road this week at New Mexico Highlands. The Pack will open the four-game series Saturday at 12 p.m. at NMHU Softball Field in Las Vegas, NM.

The ThunderWolves are back in action after facing Dixie State at home a week ago. Marissa Piatt (So., San Luis Obispo, Calif.) leads the team with a .361 batting average. Michaela Burpee (Sr., Union City, Calif.) has reached base in twelve straight games. Her three homeruns and twelve RBIs is most on the team.

OPPONENT CAPSULES

New Mexico Highlands has a record of 4-9 overall and are 4-5 in RMAC play. The Cowgirls' Breanna Cabrera leads her team with a .458 average. In the circle, NMHU is guided by Belinda Gonzalez with a record of 3-3 and 5.61 ERA.
