PUEBLO, Colo. (Feb. 20, 2019) - The Colorado State University-Pueblo men's basketball team prepares for its final Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference home weekend Feb. 22-23, as Chadron State College and Metro State University of Denver visit Massari Arena for a pair of 7:30 p.m. starts.
LAST TIME OUT
• CSU-Pueblo is 6-19 with a 4-15 RMAC record. The ThunderWolves are coming off an 0-2 road weekend at University of Colorado Colorado Springs (97-84) and No 11 Colorado School of Mines (93-56).
• The ThunderWolves outshot the Mountain Lions with a 41.4 percentage to the home team's 38.6 percent. Both teams shot in the mid 80's from the free throw line, but UCCS ended the game with nearly double the attempts, as its went 30-for-35 to the Pack's 16-for-19 effort. The Mountain Lions edged the Pack in rebounds 44-43 and forced 15 CSU-Pueblo turnovers that translated into 22 points off turnovers.

Jason Anderson played in 30 minutes and totaled a season-high 21 points with seven rebounds and three assists.
• Jordan Phillips added 16 points with a team-best eight rebounds in 29 minutes before fouling out.
Donovan Oldham added 11 points with six rebounds, two assists, a steal and a block.
Cade Carroll came off the bench and provided 11 points with three rebounds.
• Against Mines, the Pack shot 35.5 percent from the field, while the Orediggers produced a scorching 65.4 percent. Mines was also 56.3 percent from long range and 88.9 percent from the free throw line.
• The Orediggers won the rebounding battle 36-25, while the Pack totaled 12 offensive boards to the home team's six. CSU-Pueblo gathered 19-second chance points. Both teams had 13 turnovers, but the Orediggers were able to score 18 points off those miscues. The two squads had big production from their benches, as Mines scored 48 off the pine, while the ThunderWolves had 30.
• BJ Hardy came off the bench and scored 12 points to lead the team. He shot 5-of-7 (71.4%) from the field and hit two 3-pointers. He also added two assists and two steals.

Anderson added nine points and a team-high eight rebounds.
THE PACK
• The Pack are 3-7 at home this season.
• The ThunderWolves lost both games to the Roadrunners and Eagles Jan. 18-19 after allowing 71 points to both teams. The Pack lost 71-64 to MSU Denver and 71-62 to Chadron State.
• CSU-Pueblo owns 3.2 blocks per game to rank tied for fourth in the league, while its 80 total blocks is also tied for fourth.
• The ThunderWolves have knocked down 228 3-pointers to rank fifth in the RMAC, while their 9.1 3-pointers per game is sixth.
• The Pack are scoring 74.4 points per game, but allowing 82.9 points per contest this season, which ranks second to last in the league.
• Redshirt-junior
Donovan Oldham leads the team with 12.8 points per game. He is shooting 86.1 percent from the charity stripe. He went 12-for-12 from the line against Arkansas-Fort Smith to tie for first in the league this season with the most free throws made while posting a perfect percentage.

Jason Anderson is second on the team with 10.9 points per game. He is shooting at a 55.2 percent clip this season. His 5.0 rebounds per game is a team best.
• Redshirt-senior
Gavin Liggett has dropped a team-best 47 3-pointers to rank 12th in the RMAC. He attempted 17 3-pointers at Westminster to have the second most attempts in a game by a member of the RMAC this season. He hit eight of those 17 attempts.
• Junior
Harvey Barr has 19 blocks this season to rank 12th in the conference (0.8 rpg). His five blocks against Dixie State ranks tied for the most by an RMAC player this season.
• Freshman
Tyson Gilbert dished out 10 assists at Dixie State to post the second most assists in a game by a member of the RMAC this season. He leads the team with 2.3 assists per game.
• Sophomore
Corey Seng recorded three straight double-doubles from Dec. 14-Jan. 4. In those three games he averaged 13 points, 10.3 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game, while shooting 48.3 percent from the field. He pulled down a career-high 11 rebounds against Colorado Christian, while his 17 points against Westminster was just shy of a career-high (18 points last season). He adds 7.1 points and 4.0 rebounds per game this season.
• Head Coach
Ralph Turner is in his eighth season as bench boss of the Pack and owns a 115-104 (.525) overall record. He coached his 200th game as a member of the ThunderWolves Nov. 24 against Lubbock Christian.
THE EAGLES
• The Eagles are 11-14 overall with a 9-10 RMAC record that has them in alone in ninth in the league standings. CSC went 1-1 last weekend in two homes games. The Eagles defeated South Dakota Mines Friday by the score of 69-65 to snap a five-game losing streak. The next night Chadron State fell to Black Hills State, 77-71.
• Chadron State is shooting 39.1 percent from long range this season to rank second in the RMAC, while the squad is leading the league in 3-point percentage defense after allowing 32.6 percent from beyond the arc. The Eagles are fifth in the league in assists with 14.4 helpers per game.
• CSC has averaged 72.5 points per game and has allowed 75.6 points per contest.
• The Eagles have three players scoring in double figures. Diontae Champion has a team-best 12 points per game and ranks tied for eighth in the RMAC with 1.4 steals per game. Michael Sparks owns 11.4 points per contest and sits ninth in 3-pointers made per game with 2.1.
• Colby Jackson adds 10 points per game, while his 4.4 assists per game is good for a tie for first in the RMAC. Jackson owns a 1.8 assist/turnover ratio to rank fourth in the conference. His 82.2 percent effort from the free throw line ranks tied for sixth.
• Jeremy Ruffin has a team-best 6.8 rebounds per game to rank seventh in the league. He adds 9.1 points per game.
THE ROADRUNNERS
• The Roadrunners are 10-13 overall with an 8-11 mark in league play for a tie for 10th. MSU Denver had lost four in a row (all by six points or less and on the road) before sweeping a home weekend with decisive wins against Black Hills State (72-51) and South Dakota Mines (80-60).
• The Roadrunners are second in the RMAC in the category of field goal defense (42.7 percent), while their 33.9 percent 3-point field goal defense is third. The team is fourth in 3-point percentage with a mak of 38.3 percent.
• The team sits second in the league with 4.3 blocks per game. The Roadrunners are strong on the boards and rank fourth in the RMAC with a +3.5 rebounding margin.
• MSU Denver is scoring 71.5 points per game, while allowing 71.2 points per contest to rank fifth in the RMAC.
• Druce Asah leads the team and ranks eighth in the RMAC with 16.5 points per game. His 3.4 3-pointers per game is good for a for the conference lead, while his 41.6 percentage from long range is second. Asah has hit 74 3-pointers this season to rank third in the league. He ranks 13th with a 43.8 percentage from the field.
• Kendall McIntosh is the RMAC leader in blocks with 35, which equals 1.5 swats per game. McIntosh is third on the team with 11.4 points per game.
• Garrett Carter adds 12 points per game and is seventh in the conference with 4.0 assists per game. His 1.3 assist/turnover ratio ranks tied for 12th.
LOOKING AHEAD
• The ThunderWolves will close the season March 1 against New Mexico Highlands at 7:30 p.m. The game is set to be Senior Day and the Pack will recognize lone senior, Gavin Liggett.
