Pack split again at Mesa State

Entering the final day of a long road trip for the CSU-Pueblo softball team the T-Wolves were unable to pose any type of offensive threat in game one, falling 10-7.  Justine Bosio (So., Santa Barbara, Calif.) had two innings in which she surrendered eight runs in two innings late in the game. With the loss Bosio falls to 11-4 on the year.

In the series finale the Pack erupted to score four runs in the top of the seventh inning of a tied game to steal one away from the home team 5-1.  A one out RBI double by Annalyse Garcia (Fr., Frederick, Colo.) gave the Pack the lead.  One batter later, Bosio stepped to the plate with two Pack runners on base and belted a 3-run homerun to left field, her 6th of the year.

With the series split the Pack improves to 16-10 (12-8 RMAC) and will have little time to rest when they play host to Adams State on Wednesday at Rawlings Field where the Pack is 10-2 on the season.  First pitched is scheduled for 2 pm.
