Febe Wessels (So., Pretoria, South Africa) competed last week at the Bryan Clay Invitational and continued her breakout sophomore campaign as the thrower finished second place in the women's shot put with a throw of 14.68 meters.

Wessels and Co., posted eight personal best records at the event in Azusa, California.

Up next, the track & field team will next compete at the Kit Meyer Classic, hosted by Colorado School of Mines in Golden.
