PUEBLO, Colo. (October 2, 2015) – After a weekend off from competition, the Colorado State University-Pueblo cross country teams are back in action Oct. 3 at the Roadrunner Invitational at Washington Park in Denver.
The women's team will begin the 6K race at 10 a.m. Saturday, with the men's 8K race to follow at 10:45 a.m. The event is hosted by Metropolitain State University of Denver.

Both the men's and women's squads posted a runner-up finish at the Colorado College Invitational Sept. 19 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
The Pack runners were second of 10 teams competeing in the meet, which was held at Monument Valley Park, while both sophomore Derrick Williams (Columbia Falls, Mont.) and junior Bailey Hughes (Bigfork, Mont.) crossed the finish line third in the men's 8K and women's 6K races, respectfully.
The women's team was ranked seventh in the latest U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association South Central Region poll. The poll saw six Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference teams in the top seven and eight in the top 10.
