PUEBLO, Colo. (February 21, 2017) – Colorado State University-Pueblo Volleyball will host open tryouts Friday March 3, 2017 from 3:30-5:30 p.m. in the CSU-Pueblo Rec Center.
This tryout will be open to any college student currently enrolled at CSU-Pueblo. High school seniors who will be graduating in 2017 and plan on attending CSU-Pueblo are also welcome to attend.
Any athlete trying out will have to provide a physical completed within the last six months or for participation in the 2016-2017 academic year. The physical must be signed by an MD (doctor), DO, PA (Physician's assistant) or NP (nurse practitioner). Physicals signed by other medical professionals (i.e. Chiropractors (DC), nurses (RN, LN)) will NOT be accepted.
Aspiring Pack Volleyball student-athletes must also complete the Sickle Cell Waiver Form. This form can be found at the following link: Sickle Cell Waiver Form
Current CSU Pueblo College Students must provide a current semester schedule showing proof of full-time student status (12 or more hours). Please email your paperwork (sickle cell waiver form, and physical form) for the tryout by Wednesday March 1st, 2017 to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to participate.
