Season ends in RMAC Tournament


DENVER (April 22, 2017) - The Colorado State University-Pueblo women's tennis team fell 5-0 to host and top seed Metro State University of Denver in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Tournament at the Regency Athletic Complex.

The ThunderWolves fell 8-1 in all three doubles matches. The Roadrunners clinched the match at in wins at No. 1 and No. 4 singles.

The Pack finished the season 3-16 overall and 0-6 in RMAC play. Junior Samantha Cachutt (Caracas, Miranda) earned All-RMAC First Team honors for her singles play. Cachutt and doubles partner Kristin Jensen (Jr., Colorado Springs, Colo.) were recognized as All-RMAC Honorable Mention.
