PUEBLO, Colo. (September 29, 2018) - The Colorado State University-Pueblo women's soccer team will head to the Land of Enchantment and do battle against New Mexico Highlands University in a Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference match up in Las Vegas, NM.
The ThunderWolves return to the pitch after picking up their first RMAC win of the season at home last week 4-3 against Colorado Christian. The seniors led the way and accounted for each of the goals.
Mackenzie Bean (Sr., Bothell, Wash.) and Laikyn Koss (Sr., Riverside, Calif.) each tallied a goal and an assist. Karley Whiteman (Sr., Alta Loma, Calif.) scored her team-leading fourth goal of the year in the 54'.
Senior forward Michelle Moure (Peyton, Colo.) scored her second goal of the year in the 67'.
Controlling the midfield, Kylee Sakaguchi (Sr., Apple Valley, Calif.) assisted on two goals in the match.
In Sight for the Pack
The ThunderWolves stay on the road and play at Black Hills State (Oct. 5) and at Regis (Oct. 7).
