CSU-Pueblo drops 2-0 match at No. 21 Regis

DENVER, Colo. (October 6, 2017) – The Colorado State University-Pueblo women's soccer team dropped a second straight road game at a ranked opponent falling 2-0 at No. 21 Regis University Friday.

Regis scored goals in each period and held the Pack to two shots in the game.

The first score game in the 16th minute by Regis' Rikki Fix.

The Rangers outshot the ThunderWolves 4-1 in the first half and earned two corners. The Pack's shot was by Mackenzie Bean (Jr., Bothell, Wash.).

In the second half the Rangers kept possession for much of the period as the Pack mustered one shot by Karley Whiteman (Jr., Alta Loma, Calif.)

Pack goalkeeper Rylie Martin (So., Colorado Springs, Colo.) made three saves on eight shots by Regis.

CSU-Pueblo (4-5-1, 3-2-1 RMAC) stays in Denver Sunday and faces MSU Denver at noon.
