INDIANAPOLIS (October 26, 2016) - The Colorado State University-Pueblo women's soccer team remained steady at No. 4 in the second release of the NCAA Regional Rankings released Wednesday.
The ThunderWolves (11-3, 8-2 RMAC) enter the week riding an eight-game win streak after gathering wins over Colorado Mesa and Westminster to close out the home portion of the regular season.
CSU-Pueblo improved to 9-1 at home and sit tied atop the RMAC standings with Colorado School of Mines.
The Orediggers enter as the top team in the region followed by Texas A&M Commerce second and St. Edward's University at third ahead of the ThunderWolves.
MSU Denver is the third RMAC school represented in the polls coming in sixth in the region.
CSU-Pueblo wraps up the regular season on the road with matches at UCCS Friday at 7 p.m. and concludes the season Sunday at Western State Colorado University, kickoff is set for 1 p.m. at Mountaineer Soccer Field.
As a member of the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference, Colorado State University – Pueblo competes in 22 varsity sports in NCAA Division II intercollegiate athletics.
