PUEBLO, Colo. (September 15, 2016) – The Colorado State University-Pueblo women's soccer team in the midst of a three-game win streak will hit the road for the first time this season and begin Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference play Friday at Fort Lewis College in a 12:30 p.m. matinee match at FLC Dirks Field in Durango. The Pack ends the weekend Sunday at Adams State, kickoff is set for 2:30 p.m. at ASU Soccer Field.
CSU-Pueblo (3-1) is coming off a 2-0 victory over Eastern New Mexico Tuesday at the Art & Lorraine Gonzales Soccer Stadium. Sandra Grimaldo (Sr., Mammoth Lakes, Calif.) netted both goals in the win for the Pack, her first scores of the season.
Pack goalkeeper Alison Darr (Sr., Placerville, Calif.) earned her third shutout of the season and made four saves against the Greyhounds.
CSU-Pueblo will play the next four matches away from Pueblo. After this week the ThunderWolves will play at Black Hills State (Sept. 25) and at Colorado Christian (Sept. 30).
